Pastry as art at this museum, cafe, and shop
The Tsujiguchi Hironobu Museum showcases world-renowned pastry chef Tsujiguchi Hironobu’s sugar artwork called Sucre d’Art. The adjacent cafe sells sweets made by Tsujiguchi that feature ingredients from Ishikawa. A shop sells take-out cakes and other baked treats.
The museum and cafe are in Wakura Onsen, a seaside hot-spring resort town.
