Paint your own porcelain in the Ishikawa’s local style
Kutani ware is a vividly colored style of porcelain local to Ishikawa Prefecture.
At various locations in Ishikawa, visitors can observe the production process from formatting to overglaze painting. Experience painting a unique Kutani ware piece from a template or freehand. The kiln then fires the piece before sending it to its owner.
